The Trial of Trump’s Assassin — Saint or Sinner  If Trump were to be assassinated, this may be what the trial looks, sounds, and feels like, and how the essential moral question must be resolved, to wit, is Trump’s assassin a murderer or the savior of the Republic? Can Americans rise above their personal  mantra that ALL deaths at the hands of another, are  ipso facto murder? Don’t  Americans make heros of its military for killing its enemies? Or, is the traditional American  locked into  their personalization of the victim –friend or foe – a member of their group — like us, or unlike us? — the color of  the skin — “blacks” seen as more a threat to American society that “whites|s” and therefore, must receive more severe punishment for the same crimes as whites. — Trumpists voting to hang, — anti-Trumpists afraid they may become  similar victims of the Trumpists?
 What of Hitler’s assassin?

“Dr. Otis; prosecutor Mr. Brody falsely characterizes my action as unlawful killing with malice aforethought, when the State knows, or should know, from the set of facts presented, that rather than ‘malice  aforethought,’ I acted out fear that the beloved Country of my childhood was becoming a Country of shame, lead by Hitleresque propagandist Donald J. Trump, who put self uber alles, and who, like the Hitler I had known second-hand as a young boy, was a ruthless bully – a control freak – consensus enemy of the people and the State!

When all political entities failed – failed by the very reason of Trump’s absolute control of those political entities, just as any soldier would act militarily to defend America, I acted in my civic duty to defend America against a known Hitleresque dictator in the act of overthrowing the Government of the United States for a Putin-like oligarchy with Trump becoming Putin-West.

Therefore, having failed to prove ‘malice aforethought’ as required by Title18 U.S.C. section1751, #llll, Mr. Brody’s case against me must be dismissed as a matter of law. Furthermore, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 29,(a) I, the Defendant, herein submits a Motion for Directed Verdict for Acquittal before the case is submitted to the jury.

Therefore, this Court, acting on my motion for Directed Verdict  must enter a judgment of Acquittal of any offense for which evidence is insufficient to sustain a conviction.”

Judge Vance. “The Court reserves its decision.”
