Gang of Seven Judges and Crimes They Committed.  Put a priestly black robe on a person beholden to state’s racist rights, committed to a “cold war” against the US Constitution — 14th Amendment, -worshipping  the bogus  Southern  Baptist, God infamous for blessing the KKK,, and sworn to oppress, “racially inferior African — Americans ” — BINGO!  Seven Wake County North Carolina judges who rule:  (1) It is not slander for a mother to falsely accuse the dad of sexually  molesting his 3-year-old daughter, (2)  Sign a joint domestic  violence Petition against a dad who had had no contact in 30 years, (3) Hold a trial without the dad, who the judge knew had been ordered not to attend.

In 2012, I received an e-mail from my daughter Shannon, now 31, who explained she had been afraid to contact me since 1985, because her mother had told her, “Your father sexually molested you when you were three, your father tried to kill his first wife and their daughter, your father almost caused you to have your leg amputated,” (There was more). I sued my Ex — now  Kay Silver  for slander. “Dirty” Jim Crow Wake County NC female judges Bushfan, Green and Eagles conspired to grant Silver a fraudulent Domestic Violence Protection Order, claiming my Complaint of Slander “harassed and tormented” Silver. (In truth, I had no contact with Silver since 1984)..

“Dirty” male Judge McGuire grants Silver’s fraudulent Motion for Summary Judgment, in which Silver confesses, “The statements  by the Defendant (Silver) of which the Plaintiff (me) complains in this action, are true, and were made in the course of the proceeding and filings before this court and thus are privileged”. Not so fast!  NC law offers no such privileged testimony or pleadings!
