Are you as sick and tired of Trump’s daily divisive diatribes, his taunting tantrumming tweets, and his hateful harangues which harvest enemies from former allies? Are you too experiencing higher blood pressure, lost sleep, and constantly feeling tied in a knot” Are you too wanting all this tension, anxiety, and Sturm und Drang which, like an “ill wind” has been howling in our face since January, 2016?
A man, or woman, far wiser than I, warned us that those who fail to learn from history, repeat it. Indeed, it was only one Democratic President ago, that we elected another Narcissistic Personalty Disorder President who lied us into two illegal wars in which American soldiers are still dying, and an economic Not-So-Great Depression, from which President Obama rescued us.
But, if dumb ole west Texas “Dubya” was a Viet Nam war deserter and scoundrel, he was a Southern Baptist tent preacher compared to the Donald “The Terrible Tyrant” Trump! Dubya may have picked our pockets, not once, but twice, DT has robbed us of our heritage, our pride in being an American, and our hegemony as a world leader.
What can you and I do? Our hope was that the Mueller Report would save us. But Trump anointed “Hit Man Barr” as his Attorney General, who, as Trump knew he would, maliciously and criminally, misapprehended the Mueller Report to sell to the malleable masses as Trump’s Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card.
Lest we forget, Trump, aided and abetted by Mitch “Second Worst Enemy of the State” O’Connell who, by controlling the US Senate, renders Trump’s Impeachment Mission Impossible. The black treacherous “back story” was, again aided and abetted by Mitch “the Menace,” O’Connell, who had already violated the US Constitution by refusing to allow President Obama’s nomination for the Supreme Court Merrick Garland to be considered, completed his perfect crime by keeping the Supreme Court seat vacant until Trump could ram through Conservative Supreme Court Judge Gorsuch’s nomination on a partisan vote of 54-45.
OK, we can still get the 25th Amendment Section 4, to work for us. By now all but Trump’s family, the most deplorable of his white supremacists, Neo-Nazis disciples and the 20% more disturbed than Trump himself, know Trump is disqualified by reason of carrying the diagnosis of a major mental illness, to wit Narcissistic Personality Disorder, with delusions of grandeur – that he is the best – the greatest – a delusion revealed every day in his psychopathic tweets. ( A few days ago he referred to himself as “the Chosen One,” and then tried to say he was being sarcastic.
Still the 25th Amendment, Section 4 is DOA because it requires that Vice-President Pence, whose halo is wrapped so tight as to squeeze oxygen out of his brain, rendering him in a “vegetative statete 30 days after becoming Vice-President, and Trump’s cabinet – sycophants every one – to agree that Trump is no longer fit to be President. ) Trump would first fire them all. )
But, you ask, why hasn’t the American Psychological Association and/or the American Psychiatric Association, or a prominent member of either one come forward with the diagnosis of Narcissistic Personality Disorder reasoning Trump is disqualified to be president of the United States?
Why indeed! In Goldwater v. Ginzburg, 1964 Republican presidential candidate Barry Goldwater sued Ginzburg, the editor and publisher of FACT Magazine, for libel and defamation,, alleging Goldwater was harmed by an article in FACT, which cited the results of a polling of 1,000 to 1,800 American psychiatrists showed unanimous agreement that Goldwater was mentally unfit to be President of the United States.
Goldwater demanded $1,000,000, but was awarded $1 dollar in compensatory damages and $75,000 in punitive damages. The judge concluded Ginzburg’s article was malicious. (In 2015-6, Trump maliciously and fraudulently slandered, libeled , and defamed President Obama as not being an American Citizen, and therefore his presidency was illegal. In 2015-6, Trump maliciously and fraudulently slandered, libeled and defamed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as “Killer-Hillary”.
Why some measure of justice for Republican Conservative extremest Goldwater, whose claim of malice was tenuous at best, while Democrats Obama and Clinton, received no measure of justice from Trump’s blatant and intentional malice?)
As the direct result of Goldwater “winning” his libel suit against FACT, which the American Psychiatric Association’s governing body believed tarnished their reputation, they invoked the “Goldwater Rule,” which forbade it members from making public psychiatric comments on public figures who they have not personally examined, begging the question, would not many hours of clinical observations of Trump in his “natural environment” a la Jane Goodall, in various ‘live” situations over the course of two years, generate more valid and reliable diagnosis than 1-2 hours in a psychiatrist’s office? (Having done both, my answer is YES, of course!)
Besides, psychiatrists and psychologists could not publicly comment on their findings gleaned from a private evaluation die to privacy laws.
Dr. Jerold Post, believing he has an allegiance to the public good, should be allowed to speak out about Trump, joining Dr. Zenner, who noted that being a psychiatrist also makes him a member of the American Medical Association, which requires ethical service to society, and by extrapolation, an ethical duty to apprise America ‘s body politic of the dangers posed by Trump.
(On a personal note, as a psychologist defrocked for having successfully assisted North Carolina smokers kick their addiction to nicotine, thereby incurring the wrath of Big Tobacco and their representative Governor and Attorney General, based on two years of clinically observing Trump in his natural setting, in a wide spectrum of situations, and beholden only to one ethical standard – The truth uber alles – I, R. G. Coleman, herein declare unequivocally that Donald Trump meets or exceeds each and every requirement for a diagnosis of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Criterion #1 “A Narcissistic Personality Disorder manifests “a grandiose sense of self-importance, for example, exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements.”) Now if you will, with this page open in your lap, a pencil or pen in hand, watch this evening’s news, and make a check each time Trump emits one of the above behaviors. You may need two pencils or pens.
So it seems Dr. Post and Dr. Zenner place duty to patients, in this instance, the American voter, before allegiance to ambitious APA administrators. Meanwhile, their fellow psychologists and psychiatrists , justify their cowardly inertia to the “Goldwater Rule,’ thereby abandoning the vulnerable, clueless, helpless American electorate to the excesses of a mentally disturbed, self-indulgent, incompetent, and dangerous demagogue named Trump.
Betrayed by the Conservative biased Supreme Court, and a Conservative without conscience Republican Senate under the corrupt leadership of Mad-Man O’Connell, a corrupt Attorney General beholden to Trump, with Impeachment doomed by O’Connell’s Senate, and 25th Amendment Section 4, voided for the same reasons and the country’s psychiatrists and psychologists sit on their hands while America burns, literally and figuratively, what are we to do?
So simple and so obvious, the Democratic politicians, the media, and experts couldn’t see the forest for the trees. It took a simple person with a simple sense of uncommon sense to generate the following simple solution:
1. “Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments — everything, a judgment equally with a contract,” US v. Throckmorton
2. “Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters,” Nudd v. Burrows, 91 U.S.436
3. “Fraud vitiates everything,” Biyce v. Grundy. 3 Pet. 210.
4. “Out of fraud, no action arises. Fraud never gives a right of action. No court will lend its aid to a man who founds his cause of action upon an immoral or illegal act,” Black’s law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, Page 509.
5. “We have no officers in this government from the President down to the most subordinate agent, who does not hold office under the law with prescribed duties and limited authority,” Pierce v. United States, 7 Wall. (74 U.S.) 666-677.
6. To prevail in an action for fraud against Trump, it must be shown that Trump made the statements. He did. The statements were false. They were. Trump knew they were false, or made “recklessly without knowledge of its truth. Trump did both. Voters acted as if Trump’s statements were true – they voted for Trump, and suffered injury and damages as a result – the Country is in an internecine war with itself.
7. “Therefore, Donald J. Trump’s contract with the American voters and the United States. having been fraudulently obtained, must be “vitiated” – vacated – as a matter of law, all Executive Orders, Laws Bills, Initiatives, Rules and Appointments made by President Trump must be voided because he never was the lawful President, and the person who finished second place in the election of 2016, be declared the winner and President of the United States.
8. The fundamental precept inherent in America’s judicial system is that NO PERSON IS ABOVE THE LAW!.
9. Trump’s insanity defense would lead to the same inexorable conclusion, if for a different reason’
10. BINGO! Trump must be removed from the Office of President of the United States.
Now you will no longer have to put up with Trump’s daily divisive diatribes, his taunting tantrumming tweets, and his hateful harangues. Now your blood pressure will go back to where it was before Trump, you will get a night’s sleep once more, you will no longer feel as if tied in a knot,” and you will no longer experience constant tension, endless anxiety and helplessly out of control of your your life and feelings!
